ROSTER INTEGRITY WARNINGS & Mandatory Moves [Updated 11/4]

(Updated 11/4/25) The following teams have roster integrity issues and they must be fixed! No other waiver moves will be allowed until the listed issues are resolved.

PUP/NFI, IR Designated for Return and Suspension activations will be noted here as well. PUP/NFI/IR DFR players activated by NFL teams during the week MUST be activated as noted below during the current Waivers Week or they will be waived. Be sure to check back here before submitting your waiver requests. Teams must watch NFL activations for timing on Waivers.

For IR DFR players, they must miss a MINIMUM of 4 NFL games after the week they are placed on the IR DFR list. After 4 weeks they can be activated at any time. Once activated by their NFL teams, BSL teams MUST activate the player, or they will be automatically released EVEN if this occurs in the playoff weeks! NFL teams may decide to move a DFR player to the Reserve list (regular IR) instead of activating them and if this happens the player will remain on a BSL IR and if was placed their prior to Week 5 Waivers they would retain FA Exemption eligibility under normal rules.

CDL:
Blue Coats – DB Maxwell Hairston (BUF) was activated from IR by BUF. He MUST be activated or released during Week 10 Waivers.

ROSTER INTEGRITY RULES:

ALL teams must have a minimum of 2 QB, 2 RB, 4 WR, 2 TE, 2 K, 4 DL, 4 LB, and 3 DB on their rosters at all times during the regular season. Players that are suspended count toward these minimums but players that are not on an NFL roster do NOT! Also, watch out for possible position changes that may affect Roster Integrity. The commissioner will update this list as needed.
